These are not official minutes but a recap what was discussed, and agreed upon:
After some discussion the 2011 HOA board was elected.
President – Lorraine Dumas
Vice President – Alisha Lehew
Treasurer – J.T. Fritsche
Secretary – Sue Hofmann
We discussed the sale of the land (2 acres) out front for Citation blvd which is currently in the works with the city - the association expects to get a check for approx. $140,000. - there should be a committee forming to come up with options as to what to do with that money on behalf of the HOA.
We would like to see committee work next year, hoping by establishing committees there may be more involvement within the community. Some issues mentioned were mowing/landscaping, issues with the commercial lot that runs behind Trail Wood, a stop sign and a potential management company.
